Dear Friends,

The West Branch Warriors Soccer Booster Club will be hosting the Fourth Annual West Branch Community Days & Car Show on Saturday and Sunday, August 8 and 9, 2009. The event is planned to promote the West Branch Area Schools and school community, and to benefit the West Branch Warriors Soccer Program. We want to hear from people or groups who are interested in participating as vendors during the Dream Machine Car Show on August 9. Along with the Car Show, the day will include vendors’ booths, games, demonstrations, music and entertainment, and a variety of contests.

Interested parties are invited to attend Community Days planning meetings scheduled for July 13, 20, 27, August 3 at 7 PM at the West Branch Soccer Field Concession Stand, behind Gethsemane United Methodist Church, Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale (across from the West Branch Schools. Schedule changes will be advertised.

Following is a list of specifications for vendor booths, plus a detachable registration form. For more information, contact: Theresa Dunlap, Vendor Coordinator

Vendor Space - 10x10 spaces will be marked and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration for vendor needs (ie, electricity). More than one space may be reserved if needed as long as space is available.

Parking will be available for vendors, limited to two vehicles. 

Security will be the responsibility of the vendor, if you need to do any set-up Saturday evening. The Booster Club or the West Branch Area Schools are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or merchandise.

Booths may include games, games of chance (with permit), sale of merchandise, informative displays, or specialty foods/beverages. The Booster Club reserves the right to be the primary food vendor, as this is our main fund-raising source for the event. 

Set up: If it is necessary that you place or set up your booth on Saturday Evening, please designate so on the registration form. You will be contacted regarding times for set-up. Attendants will be on location by 6:00 AM Sunday to assist with set-up before the scheduled opening at 8:00 AM.

Costs: $40.00 per 10x10 space. Use of electricity will require an additional $10.00, which will be reimbursed to the West Branch School. (NOTE: Special rates apply for school groups and event sponsors. Contact coordinator for more info)
