Beth Sunderlin and Brandi Turner sponsored the 2009 "Score For A Cure” as part of their senior project. They are raising money for breast cancer awareness. Their goal is to try to educate the local community on the importance of early detection of breast cancer.

The girls would like to thank the sponsors who donated money towards the team's pink shirts which wore worn during the "Score for A Cure" game, which was played on October 12, 2009 at 4:00 pm as the West Branch Lady Warriors hosted The Moshannon Valley Lady Damsels. The game was held at the Lady Warriors soccer field located behind the Gethsemane United Methodist church located across from the West Branch High School.

   Donations may be made in several ways.

·        You may purchase ribbons for $1.00.

·        You may donate by check payable to the American Cancer Society in honor of, or in memory of, a loved one.

Anyone who may have questions or wishes to donate, is asked to please contact Beth or Brandi. If needed, contact information for the girls may be obtained from any soccer booster member or any Lady Warrior coach.
